Skechers Cha Eun-woo M&G Giveaway Winner Selection and Communication:

1. The Skechers Cha Eun-woo Meet & Greet Giveaway will be applicable to all eligible customers who meet the entry criteria outlined below during the Campaign Period and have submitted their entries via the submission form here.

a. Spent a minimum of $150 in a single receipt at any Skechers concept stores listed below from 23 September – 6 October 2024.

2. One submission per person only, multiple submissions and combining of receipts are not allowed.

3. 1 prize winner will be selected by Skechers Singapore from the list of eligible completed entries during the Campaign Period.

4. Winner will be contacted via email by 13 October 2024.

Terms and Conditions: 

1) Skechers Singapore reserves the right to amend all terms and conditions without any prior notice or change/withdraw/discontinue the giveaway at any time without notice or liability to any party.

2) By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

3) All personal data will be collected, processed, and stored for the purposes of the giveaway.

4) This giveaway will start from 23 September 2024 at 11:00AM SGT to 6 October 2024 at 23:59PM SGT (“Campaign Period”).

5) Only purchases made at Skechers concept stores in Singapore (313@somerset #01-23/24 | Bugis Junction #02-11 l Compass One #01-48 l Great World #01-149 | Jem #03-49/50/51 | Jewel Changi Airport #02-201 | Junction 8 #01-10/11 | Jurong Point #01-04 | NEX #01-07/08 | Northpoint City #01-122/123/132 | Paragon #04-33 | Parkway Parade #02-42/43 | Plaza Singapura #02-05 | Suntec City #01-404/405 | Tampines 1 #02-36 | The Woodleigh Mall #01-18/19/20/21 | Velocity@Novena Square #01-13/14 | VivoCity #02-25 | Wisma Atria #B1-14/15/16) during the Campaign Period with entries submitted will be considered for winner selection.

a) All entries have to be submitted via the submission form here and any incomplete entries will not be considered.

b) Each person is only allowed to submit the submission form once. Any subsequent submissions after the first submission will be void.

c) All purchases must be within one receipt only and combining of multiple receipts are not allowed.

6) Purchases which have been returned or refunded will not be considered for winner selection.

7) Skechers Singapore assumes no responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information in the submission forms.

8) Participants must be a resident of Singapore who is 18 years old and above in order to participate and be eligible for the prizes.

9) Skechers Singapore will pick the winner from eligible completed entries submitted during the Campaign Period.

10) Skechers Singapore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the giveaway, or any participants suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway.

11) Only a total of 1 winner will be chosen and a participant may only win once.

12) Skechers Singapore will contact each winner via the email provided in the submission form by 13 October 2024 and the winner must reply to the email with the required details by 17 October 2024, failing which the prize will be forfeited and the winner shall not be entitled to any compensation for the same. In such a case, a new winner will be selected in accordance with this giveaway mechanism. The details provided in the email response shall be final and conclusive, and no amendments to such details thereafter shall be permitted.

13) The winners of the giveaway consents to cooperate and participate in any publicity or marketing activities that may be organised by Skechers Singapore.

14) Prizes are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchangeable for cash, credit, in-kind or any other alternatives.

15) All employees and representatives of Skechers Singapore, their affiliated companies and partners including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this giveaway.

16) All information published and related to the giveaway (including text, graphics, symbols, icons and trademark) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of Skechers Singapore.

17) Skechers Singapore decision on all matters relating to the giveaway will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained.

18)In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the giveaway, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
