Skechers Singapore – Spend & Win Giveaway

In-store Spend & Win Giveaway Winner Selection and Communication:

1. The In-store Spend & Win Giveaway will be applicable to all eligible customers who have made a minimum purchase of S$150 at any Skechers concept store in Singapore during the Campaign Period and have submitted their entries via the submission form here.
2. One submission per person only, multiple submissions and combining of receipts are not allowed.
3. 1 prize winner will be selected by Skechers Singapore from the list of eligible completed entries during the Campaign Period.
4. Winner will be contacted via email by 9 April 2024.

Online Spend & Win Giveaway Winner Selection and Communication:

1. The Online Spend & Win Giveaway will be applicable to all eligible customers who meet the entry criteria outlined below. The method of entry will increase your chances:

• 1 x chance: Valid for participants who is an existing Skechers member or have signed up to be a new Skechers member.

• 3 x chances: Valid for participants who shop online at http://www.skechers.com.sg and enter “SKX-CEW” in the notes section during checkout. Limited to 1 transaction per customer.

2. 4 prize winners will be selected by Skechers Singapore from the list of eligible entries during the Campaign Period.
3. Winner will be contacted via email by 9 April 2024.

• In-store Spend & Win Giveaway Prize (1 winner) – 1 pair of CAT 1 CHA EUN-WOO 2024 Just One 10 Minute [Mystery Elevator] fan concert tickets (worth S$256).
• Online Spend & Win Giveaway Prize (4 winners) – 1 pair of CAT 1 CHA EUN-WOO 2024 Just One 10 Minute [Mystery Elevator] fan concert tickets (worth S$256).

Terms and Conditions: 

• Skechers Singapore reserves the right to amend all terms and conditions without any prior notice or change/withdraw/discontinue the giveaway at any time without notice or liability to any party.
• By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
• All personal data will be collected, processed, and stored for the purposes of the giveaway.
• This giveaway will start from 25 March 2024 at 12:00PM SGT to 6 April 2023 at 23:59PM SGT (“Campaign Period”).
• For In-store Spend & Win Giveaway, only purchases made at Skechers concept stores in Singapore during the Campaign Period with entries submitted will be considered for winner selection.
  1. All entries have to be submitted via the submission form here and any incomplete entries will not be considered.
  2. Each person is only allowed to submit the submission form once. Any subsequent submissions after the first submission will be void.
  3. All purchases must be within one receipt only and combining of multiple receipts are not allowed.
• For Online Spend & Win Giveaway, only online purchases made at http://www.skechers.com.sg during the Campaign Period, with 'SKX-CEW' entered in the notes section will qualify for 3 x chances of winning. Each participant is limited to one transaction.
• Purchases which have been returned or refunded will not be considered for winner selection.
• Skechers Singapore assumes no responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information in the submission forms.
• Participants must be a resident of Singapore who is 18 years old and above in order to participate and be eligible for the prizes.
• Skechers Singapore will pick the winner from eligible completed entries submitted during the Campaign Period.
• Skechers Singapore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the giveaway, or any participants suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway.
• Only a total of 1 winner will be chosen and a participant may only win once.
• Skechers Singapore will contact each winner via the email provided in the submission form by 9 April 2024 and the winner must reply to the email with the required details by 11 April 2024, failing which the prize will be forfeited and the winner shall not be entitled to any compensation for the same. In such a case, a new winner will be selected in accordance with this giveaway mechanism. The details provided in the email response shall be final and conclusive, and no amendments to such details thereafter shall be permitted.
• The winners of the giveaway consents to cooperate and participate in any publicity or marketing activities that may be organised by Skechers Singapore.
• Prizes are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchangeable for cash, credit, in-kind or any other alternatives.
• All employees and representatives of Skechers Singapore, their affiliated companies and partners including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this giveaway.
• All information published and related to the giveaway (including text, graphics, symbols, icons and trademark) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of Skechers Singapore.
• Skechers Singapore decision on all matters relating to the giveaway will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained.

In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the giveaway, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
